Orchestration Form

Each participating high school is required to maintain access and all rights to music through the High School Musical Theatre Awards at Proctors ceremony.

  • Required orchestrations:

    • One production song
    • One solo song for each lead actor defined by the NHSMTA list
    • One solo song for each lead actress defined by the NHSMTA list

    Required parts for the orchestration are:

    • Piano
    • Reeds
    • Guitar
    • Bass
    • Drums

    Please scan and upload all orchestration parts in one file but each song in different files. Names of the files in the following format:

    “Your School Name-Name of production song music”

    “Your School Name-Character name-Name of song music”

        • The orchestrations will be used maintain access and all rights to music through the High School Musical Theatre Awards at Proctors ceremony. Please send the entire song. Cuts for Best Actor and Best Actress medleys and Best Musical production number will be made by the Musical Director for the HSMTA.
