Cabaret Master Class

Students stretch under the direction of Laura Sheehy from Cabaret during a Broadway Master Class at Proctors Friday, May 12, 2017.

The Proctors Broadway Master Class Series offers the exclusive opportunity for professional–level training for career development.

Broadway professionals lead classes to train students ages 14 to 21 in musical theatre performance, dance audition technique and more.

Laura Sheehy, who played Frenchie and The Gorilla in Cabaret, taught students a dance from the show, answering questions and sharing her experiences throughout during a class in May.

Students learned the dance on the main stage, surrounded by the set used by Broadway professionals in the Cabaret production.
